No more squinting at the panel, no more wrong-floor presses, no more polite corrections. The lift reads the credential, dispatches the cabin to the guest's assigned floor automatically, and lets in only the floors the reservation, tier and entitlement profile permit.

  • Auto floor selection. Tap the reader and the destination floor is sent to the lift controller — no need to remember the room number, no mis-presses.
  • Guest floor mapping. Each stay is bound to its room floor plus included amenity floors (gym, breakfast, lounge); everything else stays locked.
  • VIP / suite tier. Executive and penthouse floors stay sealed unless the credential carries that tier.
  • Staff & back-of-house. Service floors are kept off-limits to every guest credential by default.

The barricade reads the BLE credential through the windscreen and cross-checks with the licence-plate camera. The arm lifts before the car has fully stopped — and the bay assignment is already on the guest's phone.

  • Licence-plate recognition. Reservation-linked vehicles are matched against the live plate read for a second factor.
  • Reservation-linked bay. The credential carries an allocated bay number, so wayfinding happens before the guest even leaves the car.
  • Timed access windows. Validity follows the stay — overstay and the barrier holds while the front desk is notified.
